My Leros Account

Joe was awesome! We took the red-eye, arriving in Newark at 7am on a Sunday morning. He arrived before our flight landed and waited with us for our bags (which took forever!). He quickly carted our bags to his car, made us comfortable, and the drove us home. The SUV was new and very clean. His driving was safe, and he kept to himself until we engaged him in conversation. We found him to be very pleasant and engaging. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using these guys for years and it’s always been a pleasure. The drivers are great, they always arrive at the house early, the cars are great, they keep track of the flight arrival times and adjust without updates from us. Even just calling to reserve a car - there’s one short menu - hit 3 btw - and you’re speaking to a person. Bottom line: we’ve literally never had a hiccup. Also I like how the driver texts you his/her phone number just before the plane lands - I now call from the gate after I leave the plane to make the connection then again from the carousel the moment I have luggage to minimize wait time at the curb, which runs 1-2 minutes. They also offer a premium service to meet you in the terminal - we’ve used it but it’s not worth the money considering how efficient curbside now is.

Hugo, our driver, arrived earlier that scheduled so, we were able to leave on time. He was very helpful and very patient with his passengers. 😊 I have used Leros for my business travel and was happy that service stayed the same even for my personal bookings. Looking forward to them picking up my family on their return trip.

We had a fantastic experience with our Leros driver Steven Acosta last night on the way to the Yankee game! He knew all the back roads inside and out and got us there smoothly, avoiding all the usual traffic headaches. Super courteous, fun to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. Made the whole ride enjoyable and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for a better driver—highly recommend!

My college best friend and I wanted a reliable ride to the airport. So we decided to try out Leros and it was phenomenal!!! The driver was super professional and went above and beyond. He was really helpful, and the fact that there were waters in the car made the ride that much more comfortable. Plus, we mentioned to the driver we needed a ride when we arrived to the Amsterdam airport and he let us know if we gave Leros a call they could set that up for us. They did an amazing job there too! I’ll definitely be using them for all my further travels, especially as a young girl who wants to feel safe always!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
