If you have booked with us before, click on Log In. Input your email, then press “forgot password”

If you have an account, a temporary password will be emailed to you shortly. You can use this to log in—please note, if you copy and paste the password, you will have to delete the extra space at the end of the automatic password.

Once logged in, click on your name in the top right and go to “change password” to create a new password

You can now book a ride, see past/current rides, and view receipts.

If you do not receive an email, it could be because you do not have an online account.


For those without an online account, or who have not booked with us before:

Click on “Book a Ride”, then “Book online”

This will allow you to send your information to us through the system. We will set you up on our end, and then you can follow the above steps for establishing a password.
