Leros is always on time and always has only the best drivers ! They are usually on site 10 to 15 minutes early and the drivers always make sure you’re comfortable. They never let you carry your bag or lift anything. I also enjoy the pleasant easy conversations they have.

A great brother and friend helped me out at the last minute to get this service for pick up arriving at JFK from our Christmas vacation on a redeye flight scheduled for a 4:45am arrival at JFK from Colombia. I could not believe how fast and diligent things got done. As I got on my flight, my wife and I realized that we would be arriving much earlier than originally scheduled when it was announced on the speaker by the pilot and that we’d literally be out at arrivals by 5am When we arrived at JFK. I immediately called the transportation company after landing and they were able arrange the adjustments on the spot. I’m Grateful to Cesar the driver for picking us up in such style and comfort on the fly, and also to my great friend and brother Dilman for everything he did arranging the service at the last minute before our flight. My wife and I felt blessed!

Kelcy and the team at Leros were amazing to work with for our wedding! We had worked with Leros previously for another wedding in the family, and specifically requested to work with Kelcy again because she was so wonderful. She went out of her way to work with us even though she doesn’t typically do this type of work anymore. They were kind, accommodating, and helpful at each point in the process coordinating guest shuttles and car transportation. We appreciated how courteous the drivers were on the wedding day and how flexible they were with necessary changes to set plans that came up. Chris, our driver, came early. Car was clean and comfy. The app scheduling the service worked perfectly. The 2 comprehensive emails confirming the pickup appointment were appreciated. The link to track my driver (on his way to pick me up) also were greatly appreciated and worked perfectly. Leros deserves 5 stars and I highly recommend them
