Joe was awesome! We took the red-eye, arriving in Newark at 7am on a Sunday morning. He arrived before our flight landed and waited with us for our bags (which took forever!). He quickly carted our bags to his car, made us comfortable, and the drove us home. The SUV was new and very clean. His driving was safe, and he kept to himself until we engaged him in conversation. We found him to be very pleasant and engaging. Highly recommended!
